This excel spreadsheet makes listing to BISI while off-line much easier.
Program includes "Item Set-up Screen", "Product Info Screen", and "BISI file" page. You never have to type anything
into the version of the file which is formatted for the BISI upload. It is created automatically from what you enter on
the Item Set-up and Item Entry screens. The only thing you, as the
user, do with the BISI formatted File Screen is copy the rows to paste
them into notepad.
The Item Set-up Screen has the information which is most likely to stay
the same for all of the items you are listing. Once you enter it on the
Set-up Screen, you do not need to enter it again for each individual
listing. This information populates the Product Info Screen, where you can most fields if needed - though some fields, such as "Should BISI track my inventory" will apply to all items.
Also included is a display showing how many characters your title is OVER the alloted 60, or how many it is UNDER the allotted 60. (this will greatly cut down on the upload errors we all hear about)
Plus, of course, directions - some of which are general things you need to know in order to do a bulk upload.
